Hathazari FC has opened registration for its next round of youth academy trials, aimed at players aged 14–18 from Hathazari and the surrounding unions. Trials will run over three sessions at College Gate Ground, with successful players invited to join the club’s u-19 development squad for the coming season.
The academy has become one of the club’s proudest projects since it was formalised three years ago — four of the current first-team squad came through its ranks, most recently two forwards who were handed senior debuts last season.
“We’re not just looking for the most talented player on the day,” explained the academy coordinator. “We’re looking for attitude, coachability, and someone who wants to represent this area. Talent we can develop — the rest has to already be there.”
Players interested in trialling should bring boots, shin guards, and a water bottle, and arrive thirty minutes before each session for registration. There is no fee to trial. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch from the touchline.
